Open Spring Recruitment
Alpha Sigma Alpha uses continuous open bidding to reach campus total if it is not met through formal recruitment. In the spring 2021 semester, the Phi Phi chapter will be hosting numerous events to meet potential new members. This style of recruitment allows any non-Greek female student to get to know the members, ideals, and values of Alpha Sigma Alpha and see if they are interested in joining. As active members, we look for women who uphold our core values, four aims, and leadership qualities.

Formal Recruitment
Recruitment is an amazing and rewarding time of the year. It's a time for our chapter to grow and expand our friendships. It's a time to find ladies of poise and purpose who would make an excellent addition to our sorority.
