Welcome to college, the best 4 years of your life! Choosing to be a part of the family that exists here at NWMSU was the greatest decision you could have made. I know my past couple of years spent in wonderful Maryville have been unlike anything I could have imagined, and going Greek has played a huge part in my experience. If you are still on the fence about going Greek, DO IT. The Recruitment process allows you to meet so many amazing women in those first couple of weeks of school, and it was so comforting to have a familiar face around campus. Coming from out of state, I was looking for my "home away from home", which I can confidently day I found with Alpha Sigma Alpha.

Alpha provides endless opportunities to fabulous women like yourself. This organization has pushed me to grow in leadership, communication, friendship, and self-confidence. I have achieved more in the last 3 years than I ever thought possible, all with the support and love of my sisters by my side. Alpha's values and aims allow you to seek new goals and remain rooted in the values you cherish. You will develop tools that you will carry with you for the rest of your life. The growth I have experienced has carried me not only within Alpha, but through my leadership roles in other organizations.

Alpha is beyond excited for Recruitment this Fall. This group of women is truly unique and something I am so lucky to be a part of. We are passionate. We are involved. We are diverse. Dear Potential New Member,
Welcome to Northwest! This is a campus of endless possibilities, I didn't notice that until I joined Alpha Sigma Alpha. I went through spring recruitment​ and when I went to my first chapter meeting I heard about a position that was still open. I immediately applied for it and got it. Alpha has given me the chance to lead an amazing group of women. Choosing to Go Greek is the best choice that I have made here at NWMSU!

We want you to experience the feeling of finding your home away from home. All of the sororities here on campus are amazing and connected to each other. You will remember the memories you make in college for the rest of your life and I can truthfully say that making those memories with your sisters makes them so much better.

Through open spring recruitment and formal recruitment next Fall, Alpha is so excited for the chance to meet even more amazing women. Recruitment is one of the most rewarding events we have as a chapter. I have been working towards a more diverse recruitment experience for everyone and we take pride in the current diversity of our chapter. Although there is always room for improvement!
I want to wish you luck in the recruitment process and tell you to keep an open mind to find where you best feel at home.
